All analytical data is stored on our Laboratory Information Management System which is interfaced with company IT business systems for the effective allocation of products which meet customer specific requirements.

Chemical process operators have been trained to carry out inprocess testing in purpose built laboratories adjoining the manufacturing units. This practice facilitates efficient operation of our integrated production processes and enables the Quality Control Department to concentrate more time on final product testing and analytical method development.

A H Marks operates a laboratory area, within the Analytical Services facility, which is in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). In the UK, this is monitored by the UK GLP Monitoring Authority. This means we can conduct our own analysis to GLP standards, which is increasingly required to support our sales of chemicals worldwide. Compliance with GLP also enables us to provide a much faster and cost effective response to customers’ needs and opens up new market opportunities.
